
Amanda's teaching style is a well-rounded blend of Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga. With a Pilates background, she incorporates core strengthening exercises and heat building sequences with the traditional Yoga themes of alignment, posture and breath. After practicing in Los Angeles with inspiring teachers such as Bryan Kest, Rudy Mettia, Kathryn Budig and Annie Carpenter, she completed her teacher training with YogaWorks in Santa Monica. Amanda teaches and practices yoga to bring ideas and action together, creating a relaxed body and a wakeful mind.
