
Valerie’s yoga journey began in 2004 after brain surgery ended a lifetime of epilepsy. This blessed transition in her life brought about her discovery of yoga’s profound benefits and propelled her to complete her RYT training in 2008. Valerie fuses Ashtanga and Hatha style poses with a focus on quieting the mind. For those who are new to Yoga, Valerie offers alternatives in each pose so that students can do what their body is ready for, and have a great time doing it.
